For Art Commissions & Design Sales

I know there's a lot of information but please bear with me </3

❖ General

By commissioning me or purchasing a design, you agree to these terms and I reserve the right to decline any request. These terms may be updated at any time, and clients are expected to follow the most recent version.

❖ Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal. Full payment is required upfront (unless otherwise discussed). Prices are listed in Euro.

❖ Usage & Rights

Art Commissions: For personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed. Do not claim the artwork as your own. I retain the rights to the artwork and may post it on my social media (unless requested otherwise). You may repost with proper credit.Design Sales: Once purchased, the design is yours for personal use (RP, stories, art, etc.). Slight modifications are allowed. Reselling or trading is fine with credit to me as the original designer. Do not use my designs for NFTs, AI training, or anything blockchain-related.
